CREVOISIER: Shutter repair

Having a roller shutter that no longer worked I called on your services.
A technician came and they sent me a first estimate of 888.70 euros for a motor replacement.
Finding the amount exaggerated I asked for a check, it was an error and they sent me a 2nd estimate of 743.50 euros. An electrician came to my house for another reason and made me change the batteries of the radio (cost: 8.85 euros) and the shutter works.

You are crooks, you bring shame to the profession of craftsman, you deserve nothing but contempt.
Your employee should be fired immediately. I am forwarding this file to a consumer association for possible prosecution. Your process is lamentable and deeply dishonest. I'll give you the biggest counter-publicity possible.

I appreciated because this form of politeness which should be normal unfortunately tends to disappear. Then I watched him a lot.
